Learning about Digital Citizenship @ West Birdville

Recently, students across Birdville ISD took part in discussions about what it means to be a good Digital Citizen. Students were asked to tell what they thought good digital citizenship was and then provided scenarios in which they decided if good digital citizenship was being displayed. In Mrs. Grupe’s library, students were shown video clips that talked about different ways kids can be good digital citizens as well as how to be safe when working online. Mrs. Grupe used Kahoot to check students’ understanding before the end of class. Students cheered as they worked their way through the questions and built up points. Great use of Kahoot to check for understanding Mrs. Grupe!
