8th grade ELAR students use school and personal devices in the blended learning environment created by their teacher, Karen Bland. Her students engage in student-centered relevant digital work using whatever device is convenient at the time. This translates into an acknowledgement that using technology for learning should take place in all of the students' environments, not just in the classroom.
