Print Multiple Google Docs with a Single PDF


PDF Mergy is an online tool that will let you merge multiple documents into a single printable PDF.  This can be very helpful if you have students turn in assignments in Google Classroom, and you want to print them all at once!

To use this online tool:

  1. Go to https://pdfmerge.w69b.com/ 
  2. Click "Select Files from Google Drive"
  3. Open the folder containing all of the documents you need to print. Note: Google classroom automatically creates a folder in Google Drive for each assignment.
  4. Select all of the files in the folder. Click to select the first file, then use Ctrl+A to select all.
  5. Click the "Select" button.
  6. Click "Merge".
  7. Wait for the web tool to merge.
  8. Click "Save PDF to your Computer".
  9. Open the saved PDF.
  10. Print!
