Kinders Using QR Codes

students using qr codes

QR codes really are amazing!  These funny looking images allow teachers and students to be more efficient in the work they are doing.  Teachers can create QR codes that display websites, pictures, video, answers to problems, students' published work, and more.  Students use QR codes to quickly access content, view student work, check their work, and more.  Recently, the kindergarten students in Lisa Mais' class used QR codes to explore their Author of the Week.  Dr. Seuss was the author the kids were learning about.  Students scanned QR codes to watch videos of Dr. Seuss books read aloud.  In Math class, students scanned codes that allowed them to check their answers after solving problems.

If you would like more information about QR codes and how to utilize them in your classroom, please contact your campus Digital Learning Specialist.  We would love to come help!
